If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately discontinue use of the Site. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Beast Creator ("we," "us," "our").

You must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least 18 years old; (b) the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current; (c) you are authorized to use the payment method provided; and (d) your use of the Site does not violate any applicable law or regulation.

Beast Creator products are cosmetic content creation products intended solely for topical, external use. They are not drugs, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or treatments for any disease, medical condition, or dermatological disorder. No product statement, customer review, testimonial, or before-and-after image on this Site has been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the European Medicines Agency (EMA), or any other regulatory authority. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Individual results may and will vary significantly. Outcomes depend on numerous factors including but not limited to: skin type, age, genetics, lifestyle, sun exposure, diet, consistency of use, pre-existing skin conditions, and adherence to the recommended protocol. Customer testimonials, reviews, and before-and-after photographs represent individual experiences and are not a guarantee, prediction, or representation of results you will achieve. We make no promise or warranty that you will experience any specific outcome.

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. Prices are displayed in EUR, GBP, or USD based on your selected currency and are exclusive of any applicable taxes or duties, which are your responsibility. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details. You are responsible for any currency conversion fees, international transaction fees, or bank charges imposed by your financial institution.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, carrier disruptions, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information; we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by you.

We offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact support@beastcreator.com within 60 days of delivery to request a refund. To be eligible: (a) you must provide proof of purchase; (b) the request must be made within 60 days; (c) you may be asked to provide feedback on your experience. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was defective or incorrectly shipped. We reserve the right to limit refunds in cases of suspected abuse.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns of opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

By placing an order, you agree to first contact our customer support team at support@beastcreator.com to resolve any billing disputes before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We take fraud prevention seriously and reserve the right to dispute illegitimate chargebacks, share transaction records with payment processors, and suspend accounts associated with fraudulent chargeback activity.

All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade dress, product photography, packaging designs, videos, software, and the name "Beast Creator" — is the exclusive property of Beast Creator or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material on our Site without our prior written consent.

You agree not to: (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law; (b) impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation; (c) engage in unauthorized framing of or linking to the Site; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its systems; (e) use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Site; (f) introduce viruses, trojans, worms, or other malicious code; (g) resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit our products without written authorization; (h) submit false or misleading reviews or testimonials.

THE SITE, PRODUCTS, AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE OR PRODUCTS WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS, PRODUCE ANY SPECIFIC RESULT, OR BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PEPTIDE 22, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM: (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SITE OR PRODUCTS; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY; (C) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SITE; OR (D) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Beast Creator and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your use of the Site or products; (c) your violation of any rights of a third party; or (d) your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or our products shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, in Delaware, USA, before a single arbitrator.

CLASS ACTION WAIVER: You agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You expressly waive any right to participate as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class action, collective action, private attorney general action, or other representative proceeding. If this class action waiver is found to be unenforceable, then the entirety of this arbitration section shall be null and void, and any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, USA.

These Terms and any dispute arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. For any matters not subject to arbitration, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials, or failure of telecommunications or internet services.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if not possible, severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Beast Creator regarding the Site and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, proposals, or representations, whether oral or written.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
